How to Apply Facial Creams

Getting the most from your Fermenton skincare starts with how you apply it. Follow these simple steps.

Wash your face with a gentle cleanser and pat it dry with a soft towel. Your skin should be clean and slightly damp, not dripping wet.

Place a small amount of cream on your fingertips and gently rub them together for a second or two. Warming the cream helps it spread more evenly.

Apply small dots to the forehead, cheeks, nose, chin and neck rather than placing all the cream in one spot.

Using gentle, upward and outward strokes, spread the cream from the centre of your face towards the hairline. Avoid pulling or stretching the skin.

Use light upward strokes on the neck and jawline to evenly distribute the product.

Use your ring finger to lightly tap product around the eye area rather than rubbing.

Allow the cream to absorb for a minute or two before applying another skincare product, sunscreen or makeup.

Use only enough product to leave the skin comfortable, not greasy.
Gentle pressure is more effective than vigorous rubbing.
Consistent daily application gives better results than occasional heavy application.
Don't forget to include your neck as part of your daily skincare routine.
